2. What data we process

This is a static showcase website: it does not collect data through forms and does not require any registration.

The only personal data you might provide is what you voluntarily choose to send by contacting me via email (through the email link) or phone (through the phone link): for example your name, email address, phone number and the content of your message.

3. Purposes and legal basis

The data you send via email or phone is processed solely to respond to your requests and possibly evaluate professional collaborations.

The legal basis is your consent and/or the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6 GDPR).

4. No tracking or profiling

The website does not use profiling cookies, analytics, advertising pixels or any tracking tools. Fonts are hosted directly by the website, so no calls are made to external services to load them.

No automated decision-making or profiling is carried out pursuant to Art. 22 GDPR.

5. Hosting and technical logs

The website is hosted on Vercel Inc., acting as data processor. For technical and security reasons, the provider may automatically record log data (e.g. IP address, browser type, date and time of the request) needed to operate and protect the infrastructure.

This data is processed by the provider according to its own policy and is not used by the controller to identify you.

6. Data retention

Email communications are kept for the time needed to handle your request and to comply with any legal obligations, after which they are deleted.

7. Data sharing

Your data is never sold or transferred to third parties. It may be processed only by the necessary technical providers (e.g. email and hosting services), in compliance with applicable law.

8. Your rights

As a data subject you have the right to access your data, request its rectification or erasure, restrict or object to its processing and request its portability (Art. 15-22 GDPR).
